As part of our commitment to quality, DN Quality Machining has made significant investments in the facility and machinery, as well as the continuous refinement of procedures and processes, in order to ensure that every product that leaves our shop meets or exceeds industry standards and our clients’ expectations. An E2 shop system allows us to maintain a demanding production schedule without sacrificing either quality or safety.
The facility itself spans 12,500 square feet and boasts three drive-ins and a loading dock for easy access. We also have a temperature-controlled quality assurance room that is fully equipped to the standards of both AS 9100 D and ISO 9001:2015 certification.
Modern CNC Precision Machining Tools:
DN Quality Machining boasts a complete line of state-of-the-art CNC precision machining equipment capable of producing a wide range of products. Our Mazak Integrex series lathes can turn parts up to 1 meter in length and 16 inches in diameter. Mazak vertical CNC machines allow us the complete product requirements at a single process stage and thus offer our clients competitive prices.
Our CNC machines are programmed in-house using Edgecam, GeoPath CAD/CAM, Mazatrol, Mazacam CAD/CAM , and SolidWorks, and are operated by highly skilled, trained, and experienced machinists. We also have in-house engineers familiar with IGES, DXF, DWG, STP, and other formats to assist you with all of your prototype and production requirements. In-house tool design and custom cell configuration capabilities allow us to provide cost-effective options for both short- and long-run production.
